I haven't yet but plan to remedy that soon.

I enjoyed the Roger McClintock series (March to the Seas, etc.) quite a bit.

I just finished reading it; I don't know how I missed it before. Very good. I can definitely see some similarities to Honor Harrington. The cover art for my copy (an ex-library hardcover) is also very reminiscent of the Honor Harrington covers.

I will have to keep an eye out for "Governor".
