TRMN 2028 Cruise Proposal - Unofficial Event

Hello all!
This is a proposal for an Unofficial Event, but directed solely at members of TRMN. It is a proposal for a TRMN Cruise for 2028.
The Proposal contains information on sample Caribbean Itineraries, some available Cruise Lines and their associated costs, and general information about the event.
In December, I will run a poll to narrow down the Cruise Line from the four options.
Next year, once I can pull the actual itineraries, I will run another poll with the available itineraries, which will include more precise pricing.
