SFC members and marksmanship?

I have three SFC members in my chapter. My son and daughter like to play games with my wife and I (who are both members as well). Can SFC members earn Marksmanship ribbons as well? If so, can we get the requirements for them, or do they fall under the Civilian rules? Also, can they count as third (and fourth) players for purposes of my wife and I earning the ribbons?
