Only games of this vintage that are explicitly strategic in theme, such as The Blue and The Gray or Nobunaga’s Ambition are not included under this heading.>
Tactical multiplayer games, and single-player games organized into a game day or tournament give credit toward the Plasma Carbine qualification.
